If you want to receive tickets by mail, use the C.O.D. option. Upon ticket delivery, you will pay the costs of the ticket(s), plus a postal fee of \680. This purchase option can be requested by email, telephone or fax.

Please note: When ordering tickets for C.O.D. please include:

2. The address for delivery

4. Number of tickets

Buy tickets for both days and get an original Isla de Salsa towel as a gift!
Again this year we will offer a present for people who buy tickets for both days of Isla de Salsa -- an original Isla de Salsa towel!!! Concert goers must show BOTH Saturday and Sunday concert tickets at the information counter on Saturday. Towels will be distributed on Saturday ONLY.

If the festival is cancelled due to a force majeure such as bad weather

If the festival is cancelled on 18 AUG:
You can enter the site the next day with the same ticket. If you require a refund, please bring your ticket to Tiempo Iberoamericano by September 17, 2007 and we refund your money.

If the event is cancelled on 19 AUG:
We will refund your money at Tiempo Iberoamericano in exchange for your ticket until September 18, 2007.

Please note that the starting time for the 19th could be 1 hour earlier if the 18th is cancelled.

You will be given a wrist band at the entrance. If you do not wear or lose the wrist band and entrance ticket during the festival, you are no longer able to remain at the site. Please wear the wrist band and keep your ticket with you until the festival ends.

Sale or transfer of tickets to another person for a profit is strictly prohibited. The organizer takes no responsibility for problems that may arise from tickets bought/sold in this way or any other way not authorized by the organizer.

There is no refund for tickets that are lost or damaged.

Once tickets are purchased, buyers may not request refunds or changes.
